Lis Wehl has been an US legal analyst for many years, and she is an experienced writer. She is the author of fiction and non-fiction works. Her previous roles included journalist for NBC News and National Public Radio's All Things Considered. Her best-selling New York Times books include Hunting Charles Manson, The Quest for Justice. Lis Was Wiehl was an Washington citizen born in Yakima, was educated by her parents. West Valley High School of Yakima presented her with a diploma. She earned a bachelor's degree at Barnard College Columbia University in 1983. She earned her MA Literature degree from Queensland University in 1995.
