Taylor-Swift

Taylor Swift's real name can be described as Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on the 13th, 1989 in West Reading, Pennsylvania U.S.A. Taylor Swift became an incredibly popular singer and songwriter in early 2001 when she began sharing her stories of heartache. Swift was interested in music since a young stage of her life. Swift quickly rose up in the ranks, beginning with roles in children's theater before performing before a huge crowd. In 2011, Swift, aged 11 at the time, performed The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers' basketball match. The year after that she began to write her own music. Swift wrote original songs that was inspired by country musicians like Shania Twain (now known as the Chicks) and Dixie Chicks. Her material was a reflection of Swift's experiences as a tween being apathetic. Swift's parents moved her from Pennsylvania to Tennessee at 13 after selling their Pennsylvania farm. It allowed Swift to spend more time trying to find labels that would promote country music in Nashville.
